I NEVER REALISED THE PHONE COMES WITHOUT A SIM. IT IS NOT ABLE TO WORK IN THE CARIBBEAN. SO IF YOU BUYING THIS PHONE IS ONLY FOR THE AMERICA NETWORK..THIS PHONE IS A CDMA.

Good but.......
This phone was in good condition but was not able to work in my country...advise ensure you have all the info so you would not be at a loset..but I was please with the product just didn't get to enjoy the use of it.
