The Storm 2 is a pretty good phone
After experiencing problems with the original Blackberry Storm, Verizon eventually upgraded me to the Storm 2. I have to say that, for the most part, I have been satisfied with this phone. The touchscreen keyboard is only functional for me when it is in the wider landscape mode. When I try to type in the portrait mode, my fingers cannot hit the correct keys simply from the standpoint of spacing. The keys are just too close together. The one issue I experience consistently is when I try to hit the "a" button I instead get a "q" which I do find frustrating. From the standpoint of overall ease of use, this phone is pretty simple to operate. A good number of apps are available including internet based radio from Slacker, Pandora, and i-Heart radio. You can use an aux cable to connect the phone to your car's radio and play these stations through your sound system. The calendar function, contacts, and e-mail all work extremely well on this phone. Great phone, but some thoughts
I ordered this phone and got it very quickly which was a pleasure. The phone came in perfect condition and is unlocked as advertised. However, the description states in bold that the phone comes with a 16gb micro SD card and original accessories. Up to now I cannot find this 16gb memory card. I have e-mailed the seller and am awaiting a response. I was very disappointed to see that I did not get this piece as I considered it a good part of the deal!

I bought this item some weeks ago and It's been working Good.. Maybe the issue of Activation could be a problem for you, but I Have the solution.Do the next... Press ##000000 and then press ok, then, where say MOBIL DIRECTORY NUMBER delete the number that appears in there and Write your own number, then press RIM buttom and press Save.. That's it.. Problem Fixed.. I hope it works on your cellphones...

I really liked the phone!
I ordered the phone because my blackberry curve was getting ready to bite the dust, and I decided to upgrade to touch screen. One thing that threw me off was that unlike an iphone or a droid, you actually have to press the screen as if it were a button. The phone also didn't come with a charger, but luckily I had one. Other than that the phone works great! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new phone!! :)

this dock sits on my pc tower just to the left of me. make sure you get the one specific to your storm model. i ordered the one for the storm 1 by mistake, and it didnt fit. theres only a hair differance in the 2 models but it matters. this is a blackberry produst, even has their logo on it.
