Great phone, does everything a smart phone should do very well. Most importantly, to me, it's top quality PHONE: grabs the cell signal, clear sound both ways, never drops the call. This phone is made in Canada not China like all the others.

Great Smart phone for Nextel Direct Connect Users.
This is as good as gets for us Nextel Direct Connect users.I just removed my SIM card from my old phone and placed in this one,and I was ready to go.Just know that you will be required to upgrade to a data plan if you get this phone, which can be more expensive.If you choose not to upgrade to a data plan you will not be able to send/receive text messages or use the internet except for WIFI. You will only be able to send/receive calls and use direct connect.

Great buy!!
I had a few minor problems with the product, but the seller did every needed to fix it and make it right. I received the phone in great condition, and since the issue I had with the battery was resolved it has been working great. Great buy for the price!

Great Product
Fit like a charm was really easy to put in and lights up 10x brighter then my old one. The ring is a nice shiny silver that looks good on almost every blackberry that this fits. Having extras is nice because I tend to drop my phone a lot and the trackball falls out sometimes and I lose them.

Product was good, service was not
The trackballs came in the time the vendor said they would come and 2 out of the 3 were good. 1 was broken and when I contacted the vendor, they never got back to me on how they were going to resolve the issue.

Best Phone I've EVER had! It shouldn't even be considered a phone, it should be considered a MINI computer or something in that case. This phone can do so much. NO JOKE! very nice case
Great case. sleek and not real sticky feeling. Its the same one sprint sells for who knows how much. My old phone got ran over and crushed with this case on it and still using the same case on my new one, no rips or tears.

Perfect
This cov is perfect. It completely covers my device from scatches and even from drops. My friends have dropped there devices and the paint comes off but with these cover i have dropped my device and it continues in perfect conditions with no scratches. I would definitely buy from them again.
