Solid performer
I purchased this with some doubts, due to previous poor results with other BT devices. I am happy to report I couldn't be happier with this little guy. Pairing with my Droid X was quick and easy, and the button design makes using the controls very easy. I didn't think I'd like the in-ear design, but the assorted earpiece sizes made fitting a breeze and I believe it improves voice quality. Callers have reported that they cannot tell when I'm on BT and when I'm not. Voice clarity is very clear for both incoming and outgoing sides of the conversation, even outdoors. In addition, it's so comfortable that I often forget it's in my ear. I know there are more expensive BT devices out there, but I'll be keeping this one for awhile.

Great headset if you don't require a lot of volume.
I didn't want to spend a lot on a headset and figured I'd do some shopping on here for a deal. I decided on the Samsung HM1100. It was at a good price and the features seemed to be more than enough for me. It looks good, was easy to setup and is comfortable to wear.The only issue I have is that it does NOT get loud enough. I bought this to use in my car and while my car isn't perfectly silent, it's not overly noisy either. I'm not driving a jeep or anything. I find myself straining to hear the person I'm talking to or having them repeat what they said more frequently. It's a good device for home or office, but outside or in a car, not so much.I'm looking for a new headset now. I'm glad I didn't pay a lot for the Samsung. I had an old Plantronics headset which by now isn't as good, technology wise, as the Samsung, but it was always more than loud enough. Good Value
I was not expecting much when I order this bluetooth headset. I had tried other more expensive sets only to return them in dissapointment. The others had poor sound quality and were uncomfortable in my ear. I had decided not to try again, but when I got my new smartphone, I was worried I would drop it trying to cradle it between my shoulder and my ear. Given the low price, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised with this headset! It works beautifully with my Samsung Mesmerize and fits comfortably in my ear. There is no static and I can hear the person on the line clearly. When talking, those with whom I am conversing don't hear any distortion or interference either. The battery life is excellent and I had no trouble pairing it with my phone. I would definitely recommend the Samsung HM1000 Bluetooth Headset.

Over all it's not too bad
The device itself is amazing. It will pickup all sorts of sounds and noises that your phone wouldn't have even though twice about.The plastic piece that goes around your ear however, is rather uncomfortable. I find it keeps digging into the back of my ear and after about a half an hour of use, it's rather annoying.

Excellent Bluetooth Headset
This is a lightweight bluetooth 3.0 headset coming in at 11g. Thus far I have used it for 6 hours. The talk time came in close to the advertised 4 hours at 3:45 before needing charged. The charger/carry case worked as advertised and quickly charged the headset. I received this unit for review from Amazon Vine and as such it appears it is a pre-release product. The unit came packaged with the charger/carry case, mini-usb wall charger, 2 ear gels, and 2 ear hooks. Also included was a quick start guide, but a user manual was not included, nor was one yet available on the Samsung website. Due to the absence of a user manual I cannot speak to any of the advanced features such as voice commands or Android support.However, I did test it on a Blackberry Bold 9900. The Bluetooth pairing was flawless. The information in the quick start guide was sufficient to have me up and running with the basic features. Loving the charging case
I'm a bit of a bluetooth headset snob. I usually hang out on HowardForums testing every headset that comes out. It's been a long time since I've been happy with a bluetooth headset. In fact the I ended up going back to the wired boom (theboom.com) headset for a while. I really wanted something that allowed me to take calls and make the other person feel like i'm NOT on a bluetooth headset, or in the car, or outside, etc..This so far has done the job. People say they I sound crystal clear. The volume is pretty good, although sometimes I wish it would be slightly higher. The fit is very comfortable, it comes with a bunch of different ear gels. I chose the clear large one and it stays in my ear comfortably.Now the absolute favorite thing about this headset is the case. The charging case does a few things I really like. Normally if I put in a headset with a gel earpiece in my jean pocket, inevitably when I pull it out it grips the pocket and pulls the gel...
