Exactly what I wanted!
I was a bit hesitant to make this purchase due to my past with protective screens, but I'm glad I did. I followed the instructions and it worked on the first try. There are two films that cover the protector; the second one is a little trickier to get off, but if you look around the corners, you'll likely find a spot. Don't use the tab on this one- I almost took the protector off, and that would have been a real pain.There is one teeeeny tiny air bubble, it's covered by my phone's case which doesn't bother me at all. I bought 2 of these because they were just too inexpensive and i could put one in my car and truck both. It works as described, the retractable cord functions as it should. Just as expected
I ordered these cables on Amazon after pricing them all over the web. They arrived in just over four days, well in advance of the estimated delivery date. The cables are Samsung OEM stock, exactly as advertised. Data transfer and charging works just fine on my Samsung Vibrant.From one of the posted reviews I knew the cable would be considerably shorter than the cable that came with my cell phone, and it is. I measured it at 30" which is actually quite shorter than you might think. Consider where you will be charging your phone from, or where you'll need to place your phone in relation to your computer or DC plug in your car and make sure 30" is enough. But for $1.29, you can't beat it.One very positive note. The cable was priced at $1.29, with shipping stated to be $3.98. I bought four cables but was not charged $3.98 shipping for each cable. Plays nicely with Kindle Fire
Bought this to connect my newly purchased Kindle Fire to my Mac so that I could finally get around to transferring some non-Amazon content to the Kindle. The Kindle Fire, it should be noted, came only with an AC adapter and not the required USB-->Micro USB cord that is required for USB file transfers.For a fraction of what most other USB-->Micro USB cords cost (including the Amazon Basics version), I have had no problems transferring content onto my Fire. The cord charges the Kindle as well.Long story short: Do not pay more than a few bucks for this cord if you are looking to connect your Kindle to a computer, as any USB-->Micro USB cord (especially this one) should work just fine. better length, does data and charging w/ Focus
I wanted to have a second sync and charging cable at my office so I don't have to carry one around. This cable is packed with a Samsung label so it's not a no-name product.It's half as long as the cable that came with my phone. That's great. The original one is too big to carry around and there is less clutter on my desktop from excess wire.It's less stiff than the original -- again, better for transporting.It does both sync and charging for my Samsung Focus Windows Phone 7.The price was fair and I like all of its qualities. Very Nice Fit
I just ordered another set of these covers because I wear them out when I place my phone in my pocket together with my keys. The keys scratch the cover or make small pin holes on the protector, but the cover is very durable. To install, clean your screen very well. Place your phone on a dry towel on a flat, well lit surface such as table or desk. For best results, take a small amount of dish washing soap and mix it with water. Just a dab but enough to make it slippery. Take a small towel or wash cloth & dip it in the soap & water mix & wipe it on the screen so that it is wet, but not puddled or soaked. You don't want so much that it seeps into the phone & damages the electronics, but a light amount is ok. Place the screen protector on the phone & align it perfectly along the edges of the screen and use a credit card - the edge of the credit card to squeeze the water & air bubbles out. Use a dry towel to soak up all the excess water as it seeps out the sides. Leave under a warm lamp... Top to learn more

The fit is perfect!! And protects the screen great. Does not interfear with the touch screen. Take your time when putting this on. Screen must be CLEAN!!! I only used the the small towel provided in the kit. There are 2 sides of backing to be removed numbered 1 and 2. Take the first off and line it up with the side of the screen and slowly lay it across. push out bubbles then peel the 2nd backing. If you take your time and CLEAN the screen you should have no problem and your phone will be protected. Top to learn more

Was exactly as I expected for the price. Used up all of the screen protectors trying to get one on without bubbles. Finally got one on without bubbles on the last one, touch screen seems to work fine with this protector on. Disappointed that it only outputs 700ma -- not good for heavy use or fast charging
Considering Samsung's own website states that it had "quick charging technology", I expected at least an output of 950ma like the other more popular Motorola car charger.I like to stream Pandora through my phone's Bluetooth and occasionally use the GPS as well, so I'd like to have a charger that can handle that as well as top off my battery. Unfortunately, this product doesn't fit that bill. At 700ma, its certainly enough if you just want to occasionally charge your phone, but definitely not for heavy usage.I'd get the cheaper, sexier and more powerful to boot Motorola charger on Amazon. Theres absolutely no reason to get this charger over that one unless you absolutely have to have Samsung written on your charger. Top to learn more

It's a phone case, it goes on the phone, what else is there?
I was looking for a plain ol' black case for my Captivate. Don't care for the plastic snap-on covers or the flashy, colorful covers. Just want something to keep my phone from getting scratched up and provide a bit of protection if I drop it. This case is perfect for anyone looking for the same type of case that I was looking for.It's your typical silicone phone case. It fits great, the back of it has a diamond-shaped textured pattern with the Otterbox logo and adds some aesthetics to the case. The cut-outs for the mic, headset jack, ear piece, sensors, camera and speaker are perfectly sized. The cut-out for the micro-USB port is slightly larger so those using 3rd party/aftermarket cables shouldn't have much of an issue with the plug not fitting the cut-out. The protrusions for the power and volume control buttons work perfectly. I personally preferred having them versus having cut-outs for the actual buttons as you don't have to push extra hard to activate the button since... Top to learn more
Great Sturdy Case
Cons:1) Adds bulk to an already large (although slim-profile) phone. This was not a concern for me but may be for others.2) It does not fit as tight as I would like but it is not a problem in day-to-day usage. I have never had the case slip off and the phone doesn't move around inside the case or anything. You *can* pry off the edges easily and it isn't hard to remove, but like I said, day-to-day this has not been a problem! I thought of returning it right when I got it for this reason but after two days of usage I wouldn't dream of it.3) Like other cases of this type it is a bit hard to remove from your pocket as it is rubbery, but again it has not been a problem for me.Pros:1) Great feel. I love holding my phone with this case, it feels secure and just plain comfortable in this case. saved at 50mph
Accidentally left my Samsung Captivate in its Otterbox Impact skin on top of the car and took off down the road only to hear a thump and then see said phone tumbling down the road behind me at 50mph. I thought for sure that it would be a total loss. Turned around to pick it up and found that the skin had come off and the battery cover had come off. I picked up the phone and looked at the screen---no damage at all. I reinstalled the battery and battery cover---slight damage to one side of the slide lock to the battery cover- $10 to repair at Re-Tech. Phone worked perfectly. While disappointed that the Otterbox came off, it did stay on long enough to save the phone from any serious damage...most impressive given the magnitude of the crash! Top to learn more
