Excelent Camera
I purchased this camera a couole weeks ago along with a 50-200MM zoom.The camera feels great ( i have large hands), is easy to use, and the menu system works well.Pictures in automatic (smart) mode are sharp, although in lower light conditions it will tend to lower the shutter speed before increasing iso.Be sure to update the latest firmware available from samsung website.Some settings in menu are only available for particular shooting conditions, for example if you want to put it in raw mode, then be sure to set the dial to Apature first. In a way this makes sense because raw is only available when not using the smart mode, such as apature priority, but it can be an intial stumbling block when first setting the camera up - once you understand this premise then the rest is very smooth sailing.I have not tried video yet, however from what i have read, like many cameras with video built in, the quality is excelent when camera movement is...

Very pleased with the NX10
Having been reading up on most cameras since the release of the Nikon D90 on dpreview.com I finally thought the NX10/NX11 was my perfect camera. And having it for a week now I'm pretty pleased with it.I've been following all the Nikon models D90 / D3000 / D3100 and the Canon Rebel line as well as all the Micro Four-Thirds cameras and the Sony NEX-3/5. I've read reviews and comments and looked at all the sample images.I've considered the availability (and reviews) of lenses, weight/size of camera, image quality and video.The NEX-5, Olympus PL2, Nikon D3100 and the Samsung NX10/NX11/NX100 were all on my short list. Be honest about your priorities before you buy a camera
I've had the camera for a few days now, have been going out each afternoon experimenting with it, and so far I'm very happy with the purchase. But I think there's a lot of personal taste involved in buying any expensive camera, and you should try out several cameras "live" before buying this or any other one. I'm not going to repeat the pros and cons listed in other reviews - by and large I think others have done a good job pointing those out. I'm probably the target market - I was looking seriously at a Canon G11 or a Lumix LX3 before deciding to plonk down a bit more cash for this. I am happy with this camera because my priorities are:- small size: I hike a lot, and want a light camera that will happily go in my backpack with lunch. DSLR's were just a little too too bulky for my taste. I really like the size of the camera, was willing to pay a bit extra for it. At some point I will probably spring for the 17mm "pancake" lens to trim it down even more. But when I have...

A Nice Camera But A Bit of A Mixed Bag
What do you get when you take Olympus PEN and mix it with a stripper (Of course I mean someone who strips features from a camera). You get the E-PL1 camera which is a little bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand you have one of the best versions of the m4/3 sensor to date. From what I have read it is better than both the E-P1 and E-P2 sensors. It is hard to tell the difference at normal screen and printing resolutions and I take a picture at its whole and don't pixel peep so I cannot verify that. What I can say is this camera is capable of producing world class images. Additionally, this camera has the Olympus JPEG engine which is regarded in the business as one of the best. This camera is also relatively small and light and includes a fill flash. Additionally, it has image stabilization (IS) built into the camera. It is not pocketable and the size of this camera has more to do with the lens that it is wearing then the actual camera itself.On the other hand, you...

No need for monster cables
This optical cable is a bargain especially for 12' long. There's really no need to spend a ton of money on an optical cable such as the Monster cable brand. Either the digital bits go through or they don't and this cable does just fine transferring those optical bits into my receiver.

great price!
I got this as a backup for a 3' optical cable i purchased in the same order, and i haven't needed to break it out yet. Considering that i got two cables (a 12' and 3') for under $10 and that a similar cable from Monster would have costed me over $30, i don't consider it a waste. Some customers have complained of high shipping costs when compared to the cost of the items shipped. This is only the case when buying one or two items at a time. If you buy multiple items (i purchased 2 optical cables, 2 s-video, a dvi cable, and a plethora of rca cables), it is worth it.

These definitely stay better in the ear while walking vs. the Monster Beats!!! That makes it 5 stars already for me. The $100 Dr Dre ear buds dont sound any better than these ear phones.
