Great!
I purchased this phone 1 week ago and so far had only pleasant experience. Great camera with a lot of options,friendly interface and so far so on. windows mobile is a great software that basically allows you to have the mini computer in your pocket. The only negative side of it is that it has too many options. It is great to just copy movies from the home computer and watch them on the phone without downloading extra codecs. Sound is perfect! W-HD - nothing sounds better! sometimes it takes me a while to figure out how to do what want to be done. the name 'Smartphone'speakes for itself.. :) But once you figure everything out the phone basically becomes your best friend!Suggestions:Do not use any build in Verizon programs such as VZ Navigator. 1.99 a day and 7.99 a week - this is just ridiculous! Especially when you can download any navigators online for free and use them for free..!another thing is the battery... I was really disappointed when the battery lived... Top to learn more

This is my first smart phone. At first I wasn't sure if I would get used to the fact that it has a touchscreen key board but it's not a problem at all. I love to use it. Its super sleek and very affordable. Its so fun to mess around with. The only problem would be that it doesn't have as much memory as I would like. Good phone, but can't upgrade Windows Phone OS
I actually like the phone. It's very fast and doesn't freeze up unless I'm messing around with a bunch of apps at the same time. It has a feature to close all open apps at once which is handy. I love the touch screen and the camera is awesome. The business card reader works great and adds the card info to your contacts. The main problem is that Microsoft does not support Windows Mobile version 6.5 anymore and the phone can not be upgraded to Windows Mobile version 7. You can't use any of the online or PC tools that are available with version 7. Basically the only way to get files on and off the phone is to connect via USB then cut and paste. The 8 GB "My Storage" folder is great to store music/videos/docs or whatever, but all the programs are preinstalled on the smaller memory on the phone and there is no way to move them to the "My Storage" folder. I think I may have to return this phone simply because of the discontinued operating system. I want to know I can get support... Top to learn more

I'm picky.....and this beats any other phone hands down
**Word of caution - if you buy this from Amazon, it may come in the "French" edition, which means the phone will start up in French and the manual won't be in English. Don't worry - you can change the settings once you translate the startup screens and you can use the phone completely in U.S. English**Let me just start out by saying I'm a very picky guy when it comes to electronics. I research things until I am absolutely sure I want them and then I wait for the "dust" to settle on anything new just as a double check. While I'm not a huge fan of Windows in general - this phone was definitely worth the wait - it ROCKS!Build quality: solid and smooth. The backing has a matte finish, so your hands won't slip when holding the device (unlike the iPhone 3G/3GS). The weight is just right - not too heavy and not light/cheap feeling. I have been reviewing this phone since 2 months and following all the news about so that I can decide to get one or not. I have seen reviews, forums, blogs, officail websites just studying the phone, and then I just made the decision to get it.I have recieved the phone 3 days ago and I delayed my review until I got to actually experience the phone, and let me tell you, This is the best phone I have had in my entire life. I will divide my review into two sections, Shipping and the actual phone review.Shipping:Amazon was great doing the shipping and it was fast, it took almost less thank a day to actually deliver the phone. Although the package containing the phone did not have extra protection inside, but the I guess the phone in it's own package is enough-protected.One thing I have to mention is that there is a seal at the bottom of the phone package saying "if you recive this seal borken, do not accept the phone", and it was borken, but I guess... An Absolute Beast!
After playing with the phone.....I felt like the iphone 4 is now antiquated. This OS beats the iOS out hands down. Ofcourse the apps are not there yet but it's just a matter of time before this phone will get the attention it so deserves! When WP7 Mango upgrade gets available later this year this will signficantly enhance the appeal of this phone! The Super amoled screen is simply stunning and beats the iOS hands down once again....slowly the competition is indeed heating up....watch out apple!!!! I give this phone 5 stars....no doubt about it!!!I also own an iphone4 and I noticed that screen of samsung omni doesn't smudge as easily as iphone 4 screen......I simply love this phone! A costly toy
First, I bought this phone thinking that it would resolve the problems I was having with my treo 750...HA! It has created more problems than solutions. Touch screen doesn't respond as you would expect and as stated in other reviews the widgets are small and sometimes hard to manage.I was so excited to get this phone, windows mobile 6, great internet, email, on and on. It states in the phone review that this phone is compatable with microsoft voice command. That isn't the case, at least not for my i900. I used voice command with my treo 750 and it worked great so I just assumed it would work with the i900...it does not. So while you can receive calls thru the blue tooth headset, you can not make a call and that is huge for me. This is definitely a big negative.It won't send picture messages as advertised, at least not with T-mobile. Texting and email work fine.
