Great!
I purchased this phone 1 week ago and so far had only pleasant experience. Great camera with a lot of options,friendly interface and so far so on. windows mobile is a great software that basically allows you to have the mini computer in your pocket. The only negative side of it is that it has too many options. It is great to just copy movies from the home computer and watch them on the phone without downloading extra codecs. Sound is perfect! W-HD - nothing sounds better! sometimes it takes me a while to figure out how to do what want to be done. the name 'Smartphone'speakes for itself.. :) But once you figure everything out the phone basically becomes your best friend!Suggestions:Do not use any build in Verizon programs such as VZ Navigator. 1.99 a day and 7.99 a week - this is just ridiculous! Especially when you can download any navigators online for free and use them for free..!another thing is the battery... I was really disappointed when the battery lived...

This is my first smart phone. At first I wasn't sure if I would get used to the fact that it has a touchscreen key board but it's not a problem at all. I love to use it. Its super sleek and very affordable. Its so fun to mess around with. The only problem would be that it doesn't have as much memory as I would like. But other than that, it is overall a great, stylish, and entertaining phone.

Minor adjustment needed.
Not for the SCH-i920 but rather for the i8000, which is the overseas Omnia II version. Need to trim the bottom as the Verizon version does not have a cube button, instead a shield. Don't worry about covering proximity sensor with the protector as it still works covered. I wasted the first 2 protectors puting them on backwards trying not to cover sensor. There is no card to push out air bubbles. Top to learn more

Exactly What I Was Looking For
I use this in my 2003 Honda Accord with an iphone 3GS. Mounting onto the Accord's center AC outlet was very easy to do. My iphone is wrapped in a Defender case which makes it rather heavy and bulky, but fits right in very snugly. When I make selections on the iphone's touch screen I have to make very positive contact to get through the Defender lens, but this holder is up to the task. It stays planted very securely. The iphone charge cord fits easily between the bottom support feet. The mounted phone is easily adjusted for viewing angle and landscape via a ball socket that can be loosened/retightened. I doubt there is any cell phone that this thing couldn't hold securely. I'm thrilled with this purchase. Top to learn more

Fine product with some room for improvement.
Well designed and engineered, surprisingly decent quality, especially for the price.Installation and removal instructions should be illustrated though. The product illustrations aren't consistent in how they show the spring clip orientation (should it be up or down, or does it depend on the vent design?) let alone show how the clips should be attached to the vent. Easy removal should be a selling point of a vent mount but there is no mention of how to remove the clips from the vent. If the vent louvers are narrow and deep, like mine are, removal is tricky. Each spring must be compressed while lifting the clip up and out. With narrow louvers it requires small fingertips, and probably removing the cradle from the clip assembly so you can see what you're doing.Design is not ideal for MyTouch 4G, or similar HTC smart phones. The 8 GB "My Storage" folder is great to store music/videos/docs or whatever, but all the programs are preinstalled on the smaller memory on the phone and there is no way to move them to the "My Storage" folder. 5 anymore and the phone can not be upgraded to Windows Mobile version 7. The business card reader works great and adds the card info to your contacts. The main problem is that Microsoft does not support Windows Mobile version 6.
