extremely good!
It's a perfect phone! i have upgraded it to 2.2 Froyo with Samsung Kies without any problem and now it's faster and save a lot of battery with simple tasks!The only con that i found is that i can't find how to put a Portuguese-BR in the swype keybord with a T9 Portuguese language!The swype keyboard is extremely fast!Everything in this phone runs smooth and fast!

Beautiful display, takes amazing pictures, has great sound quality, love the touch screen. Very user friendly. Nice light weight phone. Battery life is decent until you go the web, then you better have your charger or a spare battery. Phone can get a bit warm when charging. Despite that, this a great phone!

Fantastic Device!
This is an amazing phone! I purchased this to replace my Blackberry 9700 because it was starting to act crazy. It got to the point where the phone would freeze when a call came through only to unfreeze when the caller hung up. Finally fed up I chose to get this device. Originally I was not interested in this phone because I was still scarred from the G1 experience and wanted nothing more to do with Android. After my friends found out I was intensely looking into the HTC HD7 they worked diligently to change my mind and steer me back to Android. This smartphone does everything and more. I will be as detailed as possible about this device.PackagingWhen I received the package I found that it was very well put together. The box, of course, was open because the dealer needed to remove the sim card and to unlock the phone. Otherwise the phone was pristine and looked like I had ordered it from Tmobile. Great product so far
I bought the Samsung Galaxy S 4G from Worldwide Distributors to put it on a new line of my wife's t-mobile family plan (I currently have an iPhone on at&t). I do not know much about android phones, but the reviews seemed to indicate that this was the closest to the iPhone of any available. So far I like the phone. It is somewhat lighter than the iPhone (it has a plastic back cover instead of the solid glass and metal) and feels somewhat cheaper, but is a solid phone nonetheless. I am getting used to the android interface but have a lot yet to learn before I am as comfortable as I am with my iPhone. My only disappointment so far is that there was no memory card in the box although the box and manual said it was included (also no sim card but that was expected although the box indicates that it should have one); I suppose it was left out to make the phone cheaper, but it seems like a sneaky thing to do. Great Dock, Great Price!
I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to about this product because honestly, the price and quality blew me away and I can't understand why all the complaints and sub five star ratings (unless they were written before the 2.2 upgrade to our Fascinates). First, I remember this dock when I originally got the Fascinate was going for $40 and was almost convinced to get it then, but the price was kind of difficult to stomach. Plus, at that time, Android 2.1 made the user interface a pain to live with as you were stuck with Verizon Navi. Fast forward, I purchased it through here for just shy of $17 including shipping, and our phones now have the 2.2 upgrade. It arrived in three days, in original Verizon/Samsung packaging, brand new. Still had the $39 sticker on there! I've used several car windsheild docks before, I've owned three tomtoms, and had several docks for various phones and ipods. Styling dock
I'll be fair, the car dock is great, the phone fits in very snug, but in my case Verizon blew it with their Bing and VZ Navigator crapware. But it's not a big deal to switch over to Google's navigation app. The dock is by far the best looking dock I've seen to date. My car doesn't have a mp3/audio input jack so I'm not going to even comment on that. Since I'm a freak about keeping my cars windshield clean on the inside I was very happy that it came with a single sided 3M sticky plate so I could mount the dock else where other than the windshield and plus I don't have to have the power cable dangling in front of me. Also I've read reviews from people that they purchased the dock with the understanding that a charger was included, but when they received the dock, there was no charger. Well the car dock I got came with the charger. But you might want to verify with the seller just in case. Very good mount
I had previously been using a sticky mount, but after a few months the stickyness started coming off and leaving a nasty film on my phone. I decided that since I didn't like the way that any of the universal mounts worked, I would go ahead and pick up one that was designed specifically for my phone.All told it is a very good mount; the phone is secure, and the integrated audio and charging ports are a very nice feature. Though it is one of the better mounts I have used, there are a couple of things that I don't like about it. First, it requires both hands to remove the phone; it would have been better if they simply used the sliding connector to hold the top of the phone in, as it would have been easier to manage when getting out of the car. Secondly, there is a hole made for the speaker, but there is not one for the camera. I know that there are not many people who need the camera while they are driving, but there are a couple of apps designed for it, and sometimes it is nice...

My Experience with Samsung Galaxy S 4G.. 4 stars
I got this one of Amazon as a 'refurbished' item. I contacted the seller prior to my purchase and got all the details. He mentioned that the phone is in mint condition and the 'refurbishing' is actually unlocking it and did not involve any hardware repair/replacement. The seller was extremely helpful and answered all my emails/calls. Taking a risk, I ordered it. Shipping was fast and I got it within a few days.Its been more than 2 weeks that I have been using the phone. The phone is light weight and the screen is plain awesome, almost HD quality. It runs on FROYO and Samsung is offering to upgrade to GingerBread through their website. I am still reluctant to upgrade it, fearing that it may lock the phone again to T-Mobile. Coming to the features of the phone, it does all that you can think of doing, calls, text, email, mms, video-call, music/video player... and the market place has so many apps to support.
